Flex2 Payment Emails - Message Manager Templates

There are 2 specific email templates available for use within the Payment Manager workflow.

In the Message Manager, you can create a Flex2 Payment Notification email and a Flex2 Payment Receipt email.

1. Flex2 Payment Notification
This email lets a customer know they have open orders that need to be paid.

This is used within the Payment Manager in Step 6 of a job.

When a Payment Manger job runs, the notification emails get deployed to the customer. The email is personalized, multiple orders are listed, and links provided.


2. Flex2 Payment Receipt
This email provides a receipt to the customer for a payment made.

This is used within the Flex2 Payment Form in the Messages collapsible in the Payment Receipt drop down .

When a payment is made, the receipt emails get deployed to the customer. The email is personalized, it includes the payment schedule, order details, and order balance.
