QR Code Generator
Our QR Code Generator is an easy-to-use feature allowing you to create QR Codes for any number of purposes!
To view the above screen, click on the QR Code option on the left side of your screen.
To create a QR code, you'll first need to select a Form from the dropdown menu. Additionally, you are able to assign this QR Code a source number in the Source Number text box. This is optional, but always available.
Be aware that should you choose to utilize a source code for your QR code, it will override the source that is already set in your form.
- If the override source fails in Tessitura for any reason, we will default back to the source that is on the form.
You are also able to build QR Codes with separate source codes, but connected to the same form. A great example of this would be QR Codes for use in a venue:
1 QR Code with a source for the Lobby
1 QR Code with a source for the Playbill
1 QR Code with a source even for the washrooms! ( High Museum does this 😀 )
All of these connect to the same form, but allow you to track which contribution came from which QR source.
You are able to change the color of your QR code by clicking the color bar in the Color selector. This will open a small window where you can select a color from a gradient, via the eye dropper tool, or by entering RGB specific colors or a hex code.
The Size menu gives you a dropdown menu with sizes ranging from 200X200 pixels to 2000X2000 pixels. Take your pick!
The Type menu gives you a dropdown menu where you are able to choose the file type your QR code will download. You have the options of .png, .svg, .pdf, or .eps.
Once these fields are filled out, click "Generate & Download QR Code." This will automatically download your QR code to your computer and you're ready to go!
