What does "Error: Order is already locked by batch ###### Order could not be locked" mean and how can I fix it

When this happens, the transaction processed in Stripe was completed. The customer experience was perfect. They have no idea there was an issue, which is good.
The issue is the order being "Locked" by Tessitura. The unpaid order that we are trying to "Pay Off" is open in the Tessitura application by a user in your organization. The order needs to be closed, so it isn't locked by the batch.
Once the order is closed, you can resend the order from the 2Account Dashboard and the order will process as expected.
