Troubleshooting the Tessitura Integration

When configuring your TEST and LIVE Tessitura configurations, we provide an indicator of the last time we checked the diagnostics.

There are 3 states:

The wrench shows up if there is a failure. This links to the Run Diagnostic button where specific details are provided as to the issue.

Use the Run diagnostics to retry and test the integration.

Failures occurred with messaging that will indicate what needs to be fixed.

Everything was successful.
