Special Activities - REST Permissions

When we integrate with your Tessitura CRM, the User Group (usually something like D2_-1) requires access to specific REST service endpoints. The following is a partial listing showing the specific permissions for Special Activities.

In the Security Application, in the Services window, grant the User Group access to the following REST service endpoints in order to use Special Activities.

View (Get)
ReferenceData/SpecialActivityTypes
View (Get)

How do I know if I have the REST Permissions setup?

Make sure you refresh the Tessitura LIVE Cache in your 2Account and refresh your 2Account Form editor page as well. If we do not have access to the REST permission resources required, you will see a message after the Enhanced Question menu that reads "- Tessitura Permissions Required"

If you add the Special Activity question to your form and we do not have access to the REST permission resources required, you will see a message at the top of the Special Activity collapsible that reads "Special Activities Require Additional REST Permissions Reference the help article here"
