Tessitura V16

The Flex2 Membership Form is only available in Version 16. If you account is enabled with v16 the Flex2 Membership Form option will be available in the New Form creation drop down.

REST Permissions Required

In order to use the Flex2 Memberships, there are specific REST Permissions that need to be granted. Here is a link to the Help Article

The Flex2 Membership Form is based off the Flex2 Enhanced Flex Form. This separation into its own form type gives us the ability to continue to add Membership specific functionality more easily.

Collapsilble

We've renamed the "Pricing Configuration" collapsible to "Membership Configuration".  The overall functionality is the same. We've added some v16 specific Membership functionality.

Membership Configuration Section

The major difference is the Membership Configuration section within each "Button" you add to the form.

Membership Type

Select the logic for how memberships are presented to the user. Options include Level First or Amount First.

Membership Organization

Once the Type is selected, this field populates with the organizations configured in your Tessitura v16 Membership setup.

Membership Level

Filters and displays available levels based on your selected Membership Organization. These options are pulled directly from your  Membership setup.

Start & End Amount

Start Amount: Automatically populates based on your Membership selections.

End Amount: Automatically populates if Amount First is selected as the Membership Type.

Fund

Assign the appropriate Membership Fund to ensure revenue is tracked correctly in your financial records.

Order Source & Channel

Order Source: Select the specific Source code to be applied to the transaction.

Channel: Select your designated Donate2 Sales Channel.

Membership Source (Optional)

Apply a source code directly to the membership to trigger specific pricing rules (e.g., extending a membership date or applying an automatic discount). This allows patrons to receive benefits without manually entering a promo code on the form.

Promo Codes Supporting Pricing Rules

We've extended our Promo Code functionality to support triggering a membership level Promo Code in Tessitura that can reduce the price, extend the membership time, etc...

Promo Code

The specific alphanumeric code (e.g., RENEW10) that patrons enter on the form to redeem the offer.

Used

Displays the current number of times this specific promo code has been successfully redeemed.

Available

Set a limit on the total number of times this code can be used; leave blank for unlimited availability.

Source

Assign a specific Tessitura Source Code (e.g., RENEW10 - 14430) to track the origin of the transaction in your CRM.

Auto Renew Promotion

Define how this promotion interacts with recurring memberships. Options include applying the discount to the initial purchase, renewals, or Both.

Fund

Specify the Membership Fund where the revenue from these discounted transactions should be allocated.

Price

Set the specific discounted price (e.g., $126) that will be applied when this promo code is active.
