$0 Registration Order

When using a Flex2 Enhanced Flex Form for a special activity RSVP or a free ($0) order, you have the option to create an empty order or not. By default, the system creates an order for $0 Registrations.

This is how it has always functioned. By now, most organizations expect this behavior. If you prefer not to create an order, you'll need to select that option for each form you create.

It's important to note that if the transaction amount is greater than $0, the system will always create an order, regardless of your setting. In these cases, creating an order is a requirement for the transaction to be processed correctly.
