Tessitura Error: Constituencies used for membership levels cannot be added directly to a constituent

This v16 error is generated when you are trying to apply a Constituency that is used by Membership Levels.

In v15 this was allowed but it is no longer in v16


If YP Member is added at the Enhanced Flex Form Pricing Configuration Level and YP Member is used in a Membership Level, this will cause an error.

2 Suggested solutions

  1. Don't apply Constituencies that are used by Memebership Levels. Let the Membership setup in Tessitura apply the constituencies.


  2. Use Constituencies that are not used by Membership Levels if you are looking to "Tag" or "Mark" the constituent in a particular way.
