Origin is required for a customer service issue
Error: Origin is required for a customer service issue if origins are defined for the activity type.
The CSI Activity Type that requires an origin will be identifed in the Payload section of the email.
If you receive this error message the order is processed into Tessitura and will not appear on your dashboard.
We DO NOT fail jobs because of a misconfigured CSI
The Payload in your error email will have the contents of the CSI so you can access the data that would have been in the CSI.
