Invalid Tessitura credentials

If you receive the following message from your 2Account in the form of an email indicating that provided credentials are not valid. You will need to review this document. Most likely the Password is incorrect, locked, or has expired.

The message on your 2Account dashboard will look something like this:

In your LIVE Tessitiura settings, you will need to update you password or if the password was locked in Tessitura, simply re-run the diagnostics and refresh the cache. If the password is correct it will be all green and ready to go. You can retry the orders sitting on your 2Account dashboard.
