Tessitura Error: Unknown

"Error: Unknown" is when Tessitura simply is not available, is down, or does not respond at all and we receive a null response. Typically, this is due to a planned or known outage.

Once Tessitura is available and online, you don't have to fix anything. Just resend the job(s) from your 2Account dashboard. If there are other issues with a transaction, you may receive an error once an actual attempt is made to send it into Tessitura. Proceed to fix that issue, then resend the job(s) from your 2Account dashboard.
