Stripe Customer Portal Setup

If you want to provide your customers the ability to self manage their recurring donation, membership payment, or streaming video subscription then this is the solution you have been looking for.

In your Stripe Dashboard, you can configure additional settings for the communications that you want sent out to your customers from Stripe on your behalf. Expiring credit card, failed subscription payment, and 3D secure notifications are all great examples of communications that Stripe can manage to save you time tracking down and managing payments. You have better things to do!

As always, for the links to work, you must be logged into your Stripe account with the appropriate permission level to view the configuration options.

If you are using Tessitura for your receipts. You probably don't want to enable "eMail customers about Successful Payments". This would double up the receipts your customers receive. If you have questions about this please contact support for additional assistance.
